Screen Door Added to Front and Double Doors added to RearWider track assembly and additional mesh door added to both front and the same at the rear. This provides additional access at the rear and provides you the ability to alter ventilation year round while keeping pests out. This is a very popular option on our larger 6/8m tunnel houses.

Maintenance Free
Premier tunnel green houses are made from aluminum and plastic and are maintenance-free due to their durable materials, which resist corrosion, rust, and degradation, ensuring long-lasting protection for plants without the need for frequent upkeep.
Rigid framing and tighter covers
We are proud to say our units have close to 20% more aluminum framing that our competitors. Our hoops are closer together and we have more horizontal spreader braces. This ensures a drum tight cover with less lagging between the hoops and they are more rigid. We are proud to be able to offer a robust domestic tunnel house to the market.
Better Heat Retention vs Glass
Premier Tunnel Houses have 20% more heat retention than glass. The better heat retention ensures a more stable and favorable environment for plant growth, optimizing temperature levels and promoting higher yields.
Roof Vents
All Premier Tunnels have adjustable roof vents. The inclusion of roof vents in tunnel houses enhances air circulation and temperature regulation, contributing to a healthier growing environment for plants.

All our framing is manufactured all from aluminium.
We have close to 20% more aluminium framing in our tunnel houses than most, here's how....
Hoop frames are spaced every one metre to create extra strength against wind and snow. This provides less lagging between hoops.
Horizontal spreader braces (six in total) which creates rigidity to the frame and tension on the cover.

Premier Tunnel Covers
Tunnel House covers are 'machine welded' one piece sheets using the highest quality industrial grade 200 micron greenhouse film which carries a 4 year warranty against ultra-violet breakdown (this is based on a new tunnel house with lagging applied).
The expected life of plastic covers is well in excess of 10+ years if you look after it. Sheet tensioned methods ensure covers are always drum tight - the key to long life.
We just replaced the covers on our display tunnel houses after an impressive 23 years of age!!

With low maintenance requirements and the ability to facilitate fast construction, this foundation choice combines practicality and aesthetics for a well-rounded solution.
TIP: A great option for growers is to install our foundation on top of a raised timber frame creating raised growing beds like this photo.
